In Catalonia’s warm, Mediterranean climate, vines benefit from clay and limestone soils. The Garnacha is grown at higher elevations in Catalonia’s Terra Alta terrasses. Tempranillo grapes are dry farmed for optimal concentration in Alt Camp. The estate vineyard in the heart of the esteemed Penedes region yields the Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are hand harvested, fully de-stemmed and slightly crushed before fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days with careful pumping over.
Deep garnet with hints of purple. Aromas of ripe red fruit are confirmed along with a hint of spice on the medium-bodied, well-balanced and delightfully supple palate.
