Iron John's "El Tiradito"- Belgian Tripel with Oak and Chardonnay
A blend of three Belgian yeasts define this complex strong summer ale. Fragrant nose of fruity esters in a rich creamy head. Body has a grapefruit character and finishes with the lingering aftertaste of Chardonnay soaked oak spirals. This beer is pleasant and refreshing to drink on its own or pairs nicely with lighter fare and cheeses. The name for this beer was inspired by a shrine to a love triangle and a later-day effort to preserve an historic Tucson barrio.
